Whether you are in a home office or you already have office space elsewhere, sometimes there will be moments when you’ll be unable to get to the phone, or will simply need someone to handle your incoming calls.
One of our professionally trained business centre team will become your personal receptionist, handling your calls, and either taking a message, putting the call through to your voicemail, or forwarding the call on to numbers designated by you – landlines or mobiles.

If you only need an office occasionally, but want to work in a professional and prestigious business environment, the new ‘pay as you go office’ service from Thremhall Park Business Centre could be the perfect solution. Book a private office
for either a half or full day, use our free high speed WiFi, free local and national calls and free photocopying. This service is the perfect complement to any of our virtual office services.
Thremhall Park Pay As You Go Office service offers:

FAQs
How will my calls be answered and transferred?
Telephone calls can be transferred to you at up to 3 different numbers (including mobiles and landlines) or forwarded to your voicemail. You can choose exactly how you'd like your calls answered, a typical call answer is "Good morning / afternoon your company name how may I help?". Calls are transferred onto you at BT standard business rate. This is our only call handling charge. Extra lines are available at £15 per month.
What will happen to my faxes?
Faxes will be scanned and emailed to an email address of your choice. We can hold the faxes for you n our secure post room for collection at your convenience, forward them on to you via First Class post (plus 15% handling charge to cover envelopes etc).
How will I get my post?
Post received at your business address can either be held for you to collect from reception (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm) or forwarded to you via first class post or courier service at cost plus 15% admin charge.
Can I use the business address on my company stationery?
Yes, the address is yours for the length of your contract for you to use on stationery, marketing materials and your company website. Your business address cannot be used as your registered company address.
How do I make sure there is a ‘pay as you go office’ available when I need it?
Simply call our booking service on 01279 874306 and book an office for the day(s) required. All you need to do is pay on arrival, you are then free to use the fully equipped office.
